The boys turned one on October 1st but we had their party a little early since we would be moving the weekend of their birthday. We kept it really low-key since it was such a crazy time for us and we knew the boys didn't need a fancy party to have fun! We ate southern barbecue (my mom sent us Fatt Matt's bbq sauce all the way from Atlanta!) swam in the pool, and watched the boys demolish their cakes. All in all, a very good time! We were so happy that so many of our good friends came that my mom flew in for the weekend! It was a perfect day for the perfect boys!
Eva made us these PERFECT invitations that made me cry the first time I saw them! I couldn't love them more! She also made us the darling cupcake toppers with the boys' cute mugs on them. I love that she was a part of their first birthday even from so far away! I also have to thank my sister-wife, Jaimi, for helping me SO much by making her famous potato salad (it's seriously the bomb) and for her and Brandon staying late to help me us clean up. Best friends ever.

Those cake pictures are seriously priceless. Seriously. Like enter them in a contest or something. Everything looked soooo cute. I love those cupcakes and the toppers are amazing.
