I have been trying to put a cute braid in my hair for a year! You should see some of my attempts. Not pretty. When Carrie did my hair the other night, she coerced Casey into braiding my hair for me! I never wanted to take it out. I was even considering leaving it in forever and letting it dread. I slept very carefully that night so I could wear my hair like that for school the next day and it was a MAJOR hit among the 5th grade set! I was asked multiple times by the girls if my mom did my hair for me that morning!
I had to take a picture to document my dream of a Jessica Simpson braid coming to fruition. Don't make fun of me.

You know what is SO funny...the other day I was in my bathroom getting ready and I tried to do a braid just like that myself. didn't work out for me! oh, i cut my hair off...AGAIN! I do this when I am 9 months pregnant and trying to change anything about myself to look better. I am sure i will regret it in a few months but oh well. what a fun week with scott! i am glad he came and helped you relax a little during the first week of school. we need to do dinner soon! travis is almost here!!

Like everything else on you, the braid is totally adorable! Although I have to admit that Emree and I were ahead of you on this trend...we've done it for a long while now...that was only getting you back for making fun of HSM on my playlist!!! I love you and I want to surprise you too in Arizona someday, a girl can dream..right?!
