I convinced Jaimi to play hooky and we hiked Camelback this morning just so we could have the Lemon Lava Cake at Sweet Tomatoes that is ONLY available during the month of April. It's that good, people. Get your booties to Sweet Tomatoes. We go every year. But make sure you get your booty there after 4 because if you get up at 7:30 (during Spring Break, mind you!) to get a hike in before you gorge yourself at lunch time, there will be no lemon lava cake for you! We learned this the hard way. The gooey goodness is only served after 4 p.m. Sweet Tomatoes be darned!
Don't you worry, though. I'll be twisting Preston's arm all the way to Soup Plantation in Cali next week. Lemon Lava Cake or bust.
