My sweet husband washed and waxed my car for me yesterday and even repaired my ghetto antenna. What a nice surprise! Do you know he asks me every single day, "What can I do for you today?" I'm realizing I should have done this married thing a long time ago! I'm also realizing I need to be a lot more like him. On a side note, my Bullet is still going strong. How strong, you ask? 110,000 miles strong! It has become my life my goal to put 200,000 miles on him. I am so over people asking me when I am going to get a new car. A quarter to never, that's when! My Bullet still runs like a champ and look how cute he is. Plus, not having a car payment means more jeans for me ;)

As long as it runs well, is reliable, and not falling apart, why get a new one? Good for you for not falling into that materialism trap! And Good for the Husband for washing your car! :)
I miss those days (when the husband does nice little things like that). Remember at our place when you two were all sitting close and cuddly and Jason was sitting so far away that you would have thought I had the plague? Good times.
