Twilight was AWFUL! I wanted to love it. Really, I did. I even saw it twice this weekend in hopes that I only hated it the first time because I saw it at midnight. Not so. I hated it because it was like a really bad made for tv movie. I felt like I was laying on my couch on a Sunday after church watching cheesy Lifetime.
That being said, I had so much fun seeing it with all my friends! On Thursday night, I saw Twilight with 10 other teachers from my school and even a couple students! My friends, Jessica and Anna, are totally hard core and camped out in front of Chandler mall beginning at 5 o'clock with camping chairs and everything to save seats for us!
(We look foul. Ok, I look foul. But it was midnight after a long day of teaching. Don't judge.)
Yesterday, I saw it again with Melissa and at one point, we started laughing so hard I had literal tears coming down my cheeks! I mean, Edward was in a tree! And then he ripped a limb off and hocked it across a field!
I did think Edward was completely on fire though. That might be why I saw the movie a second time. I may be developing an unhealthy obsession with him. I didn't think he was cute enough to be Edward when I first heard who was cast in the role but Holy Taco! He. Is. Hot. I love him. I want him to be my vampire boyfriend.
