
Grrr. I had to go and read Naomi's blog about Jillian Michael's 30-Day Shred and I was so inspired, I ran out and bought it tonight. And now I hurt. Bad. Already. How can one woman cause so much pain in only 27 minutes?
I am so determined to do it for the full 30 days. Maybe by that time my legs won't shake during the squats!
