An L.A. weekend is a good weekend!

I got to spend another fun weekend in L.A. enjoying good weather and good company!




I had to take this picture of a Dexter billboard on Sunset because I think P looks so much like Dexter! We even nicknamed him "Dex"... which he hates ;)

We went to Disneyland on Saturday to meet Karli for her birthday and I moronically boarded Space Mountain. Again. Does my face in this picture say it all or what? I HATE Space Mountain. I feel sick thinking about it.


And another moronic move...Splash Mountain! I'm in the front. Hiding under my hoodie. My underwear were wet for four hours. The funny part? I switched seats with Preston because he didn't fit in the front seat. If I had only known my skinny jeans would be plastered to my legs for the rest of the night I might not have been so nice. Ok, I probably would have ;)


Standing in line for Indiana Jones we saw this poor old man with the most classic comb-over you have ever seen. I tried to take a sneaky picture of Preston to catch "Comb-over" in the background but it didn't work out so well...


Take two....you can almost see "Comb-over" in this one...look really close.


Finally!! Pretty impressive, huh?




See this little boy on the far left? Yes, that's right. I said boy. This is Gilbert. He's five. See, Preston played two football games on Saturday morning and Gilbert was the entertainment. He knew every word of "Iron Man" and he is learning a lot about snails and worms at school. He was wearing a WWE shirt and he could name every wrestler on his shirt. Class-y. I have never laughed so hard! Doesn't he look like a hobbit? I love him!


My good friends Anna and Jessica watched Roxy for me this weekend so I could go to Cali and I can never thank them enough! They loved Roxy all weekend, taking her to the bark park, sending me pictures of her, and even taking her to Bunco with my principal! (I heard she was a hit on the Bunco set!) This is Rox with Jessica's puppy, Mick. Best buddies! I love you girls!


Ya know who else was really nice? This guy! Not only did he go to Disneyland when he would have rather chewed glass, he offered to drive back to Long Beach at 2 in the morning because I left my flat iron there and the next day, when we were at lunch, he offered to leave the restaurant and go to the store to get me Excedrin when I had a headache. To top it off, he packed me and Jaimi a bag of snacks and drinks for the drive home...pretty nice, huh?
