I have a calling! An actual, real-life calling! And it's not the "compassionate service" committee (which really meant taking everyone's garbage out on condo row,) or the activities co-chair (which really meant orchestrating opportunities for my friends and I to hang out with the cute boys in the ward.) I'm in Young Women's!
I am SO, SO, SO excited for my new calling! Preston accused me of CAMPAIGNING for my calling just because I told our cute little bishop that I wanted to be in YW. Can you imagine that?! I don't see the connection.
So today was my first Sunday in YW and it was just as I remembered. Treats and dating talk! I felt like I was 16 again in Hialeah 1st ward with these girls! Memories...
